Billing & Insurance
We are out-of-network providers for private insurances (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United, etc). After many years of working with private insurance, we found that increasing denials, visit limits, and low reimbursement interfered with patient care. We provide out-of-network services to allow for high quality, one-on-one care at the appropriate frequency needed for your child–not based on how many visits insurance thinks they need.
We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement at the end of every month. Out-of-network benefits vary between plans, please consult with your insurance for more details.
Referrals
North Carolina is a direct access state—meaning you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral for up to 30 days. Following 30 days, you’ll need a visit with your physician to continue care.
Already have a referral? No problem. Give us a call or email us and we’ll take care of getting you scheduled.
